Privacy Notice

How we process your personal data in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

In compliance with articles 15 and 16 of the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, XCF S.A. DE C.V., hereinafter XCF, with address at Carretera Monterrey – Nuevo Laredo Km 12.9, Col. Nueva Castilla, General Escobedo, Nuevo León, C.P. 66052, as the party responsible for your personal data, hereby informs you about the treatment that will be given to your personal data when it is collected, used, stored and/or transferred to XCF.

Personal data that may be requested

XCF may collect and, where applicable, process the following personal data, depending on the relationship it has with you:

  • Full name
  • Age
  • Date of birth
  • Marital status
  • Sex
  • Whether you have children and how many
  • Address
  • Nationality
  • Email address
  • Home, work and mobile phone numbers
  • Handwritten signature
  • Level of education
  • RFC and/or CURP (tax/population ID)
  • Social Security number
  • Emergency contact details

Purposes of processing personal data

XCF collects, uses, stores and/or transfers your personal data, to the extent permitted by applicable laws; your personal information will be used for the following purposes: to provide the services and products you have requested; to notify you about new services or products related to those already contracted or acquired; to inform you of changes to them; to prepare studies and programs needed to determine consumption habits; to carry out periodic evaluations of our products and services in order to improve their quality; to assess the quality of the service we provide; to follow up on sales in order to achieve customer satisfaction; to conduct satisfaction studies; to build files of employees and consumers; to create directories; to cross-reference databases in order to understand the profile and needs of the data subject; to send promotions, invitations and all kinds of communications about our products or services and, in general, to fulfill the obligations we have entered into with you.

XCF may use your personal data for other purposes, provided that such purposes are compatible with and may be considered analogous to the above. Likewise, in order to fulfill the purposes inherent to the business as well as to manage its relationships with you, XCF may share some or all of your personal data with third parties, whether domestic or foreign. Such third parties may be affiliated companies or subsidiaries of XCF, external professional advisors and/or other service providers acting as processors on behalf of and for the account of XCF.

XCF reserves the right to amend or modify this Privacy Notice as it deems appropriate, for legal reasons and internal policies, in which case you will be informed and the new Privacy Notice will be made available to you, and, if required, your consent will be obtained again.

Safekeeping of personal data

Your personal data will be processed only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described and/or in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

XCF will implement the technical, administrative and physical security measures necessary to protect your personal data and to prevent its damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or processing.

Only authorized personnel, who have met and observed the applicable confidentiality requirements, may take part in the processing of your personal data.

In accordance with the aforementioned Law, you have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel and Object (ARCO) to the processing of your personal data, including the revocation of any consent you have granted. To do so, you must send the request established by article 29 of the Law to Lic. Jose Mendoza Cerda, email javier.rodriguez@xcf.com.mx, the person responsible for the corresponding area, which we ask you to confirm by phone to ensure its correct receipt at (81) 83314080, as well as deliver the original of said request to the address indicated at the beginning.
