Important considerations for international operations

  • There is no Mexico-Guatemala-Mexico crossing option. National/international transit operations do not apply.
  • Merchandise from other countries entering Mexico must be legalized under definitive import terms (regime A1).
  • All merchandise must comply with customs and tax requirements.
  • The commercial invoice for exports in Mexico must comply with the CFDI 3.3 supplement, Foreign Trade version 1.1, customs regime A1.
  • XCF does not invoice Customs Broker services or international trade tax payments. We coordinate the process, but Customs Brokers invoice the client directly.
  • Discounts granted within Mexican territory do not apply to international segments.
